Improving Traffic Flow

As your city council representative, I will bring fresh, innovative ideas to improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and reduce the burden on our residents. My approach will include:

Faster Progress on Traffic Improvement Projects – I will work with the City Council and Mayor to expedite the construction and completion of key traffic improvement projects already in the pipeline. We must prioritize critical bottlenecks, especially on Main Street and Arnold Mill/Towne Lake Road.

Smart Traffic Management Systems – I will push for the adoption of intelligent traffic systems that use real-time data to optimize traffic flow, adjust traffic lights, and reduce congestion during peak hours.

Improved Road Maintenance & Upgrades – Prioritize road maintenance and expand capacity in key areas to handle the growing traffic volume, including enhancing Main Street as a vital north/south route and Townlake-Arnold Mill Road for east/west travel.

Neighborhood Traffic Safety – I will work to address local traffic issues in Ward 5, ensuring residents' concerns are prioritized and improvements are made to relieve traffic strain on residential streets.
